Why Make a Blog?

About me

Hi! Im Kim, I am an avid reader of all things. Labels, news, books, online articles and headlines. I have too much info at my fingertips at once. I am hoping to blog about my personal experiences with certain weight loss strategies, fads and products because, yes- I want to know what works for me.

Who am I you may ask? I am a woman in her 40’s desperately trying to hang on to my youth. I have maintained the exact weight(154lbs) since 2011. I have been a solid medium build for most of my life. Lately, I have been curious about weight loss strategies that would work for me now that I am in my 40’s and have noticed a change in my muscle mass. Because there is so much information online from all sorts of credible and non credible sources, I thought I would work through some of these things and post on my blog to sort out the vast amount of information about weight loss. If you too are trying to figure out weight loss in your 40’s, I suggest you follow along. As I write this it is 10AM and I’ve just popped a lindt chocolate into my mouth. I am guessing that is not the window to weight loss. So please don’t regard this a professional advice- this is a blog about my personal experiences and what works for me or what I like.
