Vietnamese Pizza

(BÁNH TRÁNG NƯỚNG)

The Base:

Rice paper -3

1 egg

Green onion chopped

The toppings:

Carrots juilianed

Cilantro

Pork Floss

seaweed

Garlic

mushrooms

  1. Saute: stir fry Veggies with garlic and season with salt

  2. Pan grill: Take a sheet of rice paper (no need to dip it in water) and pan grill it over medium-low to medium heat until the color turns slightly opaque.

  3. Add a whisked egg and green onions and quickly spread the mixture evenly.

  4. Top with sautéed Veggies of choice

  5. Garnish with baby greens or sprinkle with more spring onions, pork floss

Tip: I drizzled a touch of lime juice on the pizza to brighten the flavor before serving.
