The Cheat Days
Cheat days are important. I had tried them before but always felt so bad about ruining my perfect food streak. But I’ve decided to do them again because it makes sense. Some days you just need to have them to enjoy life! I know. I didn’t actually start the hard diet yet. I’m just marking out my parameters now. Since I’m on holiday, eating slightly more than I normally would I thought I would check in so that I remember to do it.
On the cheat days which- I’ll reserve for weekends and holidays I’ll let myself have a few extra treats.
Limit the portion sizes.
Eat the veggies first.
Fill up on teas and water.
Definitely try all the foods and walk more!
