Down 2 Pounds!

Well, well. Looks like I got a bit of movement on that scale. What could 2 lbs be? Usually water, maybe a bowel movement, maybe I shed more clothes before weigh in. But maybe, just maybe the conscious effort to lose weight, move more and eat more fibre is working. We will see. I’ll keep going and report back. By the way, I round down.
