A short lived win
So back up to 155. Ha! I do get it. I have to stick with this for a long time. So, what are my goals today? I have done 10 min arms and 10 min core with a 30min spin bike work out for cardio today. But I plan to do more. This evening I’ll get in another work out. A ski or another spin bike. I have eaten an english muffin with peanut butter for breakfast, a granola bar, and half a serving of bean salad for lunch. Supper should be a little bit bigger. I am on my way to finishing 1000ml of water too! I think this is good for today. Consistency is what I am aiming for and hopefully blogging about it will make me more accountable. At the very least I’m thinking about it a bit more!
