Ten Days.

For 10 days I will…..

  • Eat Oatmeal for Breakfast

  • Exercise twice a day

  • Sleep early.

Waist 34 inches

Hips 42 inches

Bust 37 inches

155lbs

Day 1- ate oatmeal for breakfast, walked up 11 flights of stairs and down. Weight train for 20 min. Right now I feel totally exhausted. But I’ll still have to plan something for second ‘workout’.

I have also been on a red date kick. They are delicious.
