My Calorie Deficit Goals

Well, I’ve done the calculations and for me, my calorie intake should be about 1590. This, so far has been near impossible to keep up unless I do a big exercise every day. But even at that, I get very very hungry by 5pm.

I should mention that I was able to get to about 139lbs a couple of years ago with Noom. However, by the end of it I was feeling substantially weakened and felt like I barely ate anything at all. If I was to really hammer out why I couldn’t sustain that weight loss, I would say it was because of 2 things. I didn’t have enough muscle on me and protein in my diet.

Another thing I want to try is to zig zag a bit more with my diet. A few days with a little more, and a few days when I can handle it skip a bit. I think that could help me get there but I will have to be a bit more precise with my intake.

At any rate, I will have to curb the cravings a bit and wait it out longer when I think I’m hungry. I’ll drink more teas and water to help me get the rest of the way.

Today I’ve eaten oatmeal for breakfast, I’m taking an exercise rest and have eaten an egg, a piece of toast as well as a pork sandwich for lunch. I’ve also eaten 2 bags of freeze dried dates. This has sent me flying over my 1590 mark. And I haven’t even had supper yet! Technically, if I stopped eating now, I would have hit my goal. I better aim for a small small supper.

Oh! And I thought I posted this last Friday! Whoops, just getting the hang of this. ☺️
