Motivation
Let’s take a deep dive into what I am motivated by. I want to get into those jeans I ordered once size to small. I want to be strong enough to do a real push up. I’d like to do one of those cool handstands. I once saw someone do that on a park bench. I was floored. how are we the same species?
I always envisioned being healthy with walking outside. But it is currently -40 outside and my eyelashes stick together when I blink. No Bueno. So, what would I focus on today? Diet? Calorie Counts? Organizing my thoughts? Something easy. I know. Drink more water. Today I will drink more water. 8 glasses will be my goal. Oh! and Sleep! That is truly where I am a viking. I will drink water and go to bed early today.
I am feeling really good about this start. Who said we have to climb Mount Everest in a day? This is good for today.
