Weight Loss Can Be Kinda Boring.

Well, there I said it! The thing with weight loss is that it is very slow going in reality. No one wants to hear it but weight loss is slow and when you wanted to fit in their skinny jeans like yesterday -overall it is a bit excrutiating. But onwards I will trudge. Mainly because I paid for this damn website for a year.

I have been sticking to my calorie numbers fairly closely. I haven’t stepped on the scale in a few days. I haven’t eaten oatmeal for 10 days straight yet. But here is what I did, I bought a hot water dispenser specifically for me at work to drink as much hot water as I like and make teas and eventually make a mid day oatmeal. I thought I would make life easier for myself. so far I think the dispenser is the bees knees.
