My Wins

So far not a lot of movement on the scale. It tracked forwards and backwards a bit. I’m sticking to the 154lbs. Pretty much as frustrating as things could get. However, I have some non scale related wins. Here is what I’ve noticed:

  • Less Bloat!

  • Jeans fit

  • Muscle Definition in arms and stomach

  • More energy

  • Better sleep

Some other things I’ve done was re signed onto Noom as I like their calorie tracking better, and am just taking weekends off of thinking about weight loss because for me, I need a break point to work towards.

So far I’m pretty happy with how I’m feeling. The scale hasn’t moved which is disappointing to say the least. But on top of that I am in my 40s. So even keeping weight off is going to be a win. Not that I’m settling. I’m still gonna try for that weight loss!
